We’re excited to be developing concepts for ALPHINGTON II PASSIVE, a new Passive House project that reflects our clients’ commitment to living sustainably—without compromising comfort, adaptability, or joy.

This carbon-positive home will be:
– Comfortable and healthy year-round
– Highly energy-efficient and future-ready
– Adaptable to changing needs
– Designed for modern living, with plenty of multifunctional spaces

A key feature of the design is a distinctive brick façade, adding character, warmth, and sculptural form to the building—anchoring it within its context while expressing its personality.

Set to capture a beautiful easterly aspect, the home will also include a productive garden, a home gym, and interiors designed to respond to the changing seasons. Careful window placement maximises natural light, passive ventilation, and the home’s connection to the outdoors.
