Whale Viewing Platform
Warrnambol 2000
Nestled into the dunes of Warrnambool, the structure was designed to be considerate of the aerodynamics of the location, and to have a minimal impact on the natural state of the site. Tracing the viewing pattern of visitors combined with a sympathetic response to the landscape revealed the opportunity to build an extruded stadium with the inclusion of multiple vantage points.
