Our brief to create a super-efficient, resilient, adaptable, and beautiful home for family and friends.  Careful consideration and detailed analysis of the site revealed opportunities that directly addressed the clients’ objectives.

Designed to Passive House standards this home will provide a comfortable and healthy environment whilst being carbon positive in operation.  Whilst the footprint of the building is considerably smaller than its neighbours, clever planning enables multiple zones, privacy and multifunctionality on many fronts.  

This home aims to encourage a paradigm shift in the priorities and outcomes sought by providing an aspirational alternative.
