In our design for this Brighton town house development we provided our client a solution a unique solution. Designing ahead of the curve the project featuring 6 star energy rating, and strategic planning to eliminate the need for excessive artificial heating and cooling. The distinctive roof form was generated in response to site context and local climatic conditions.

rainwater collected from all roof areas, and part of the paved areas.  It passes through a high volume filter, removing debri and fine matter.
used for shared gardens, private gardens, toilet flushing and other outdoor water requirements (ie car washing)
