Sustainable house case studies
Whether you are building a home, renovating or simply tweaking, there are easy and quick ways to make your home cheaper to run, healthier and more comfortable to live in.

This presentation will show:

principles of sustainable house design, working with our climate;
how to convert an old draughty/dark house to a comfortable new, low cost family home;
gardening sustainably with a hydroponic glasshouse, greywater system, fruit trees and vegetable garden; and
simple ways to get the best bang for your buck in making your house environmental.
The seminar will be presented by award-winning Eme Designs’ Luke Middleton and Elsternwick resident Helen Millicer.
